District 6 rider and 2007 Disrtict 6 7-8 oil injected class champion Jamis Perrotta has been invited to participate in the KTM Junior Supercross at round 4 of the Monster Energy Supercross series held at San Francisco's AT&T Park.
The last local rider to participate in this sereis was Jamis' Cornerstone Motorsports teammate Sean Knoll.
From KTM-Sel Narayana, KTM's Vice President and KJSC Manager stated, “It is such a pleasure to give these children an opportunity of a lifetime. They ride on the same track as their idols – imagine how exciting that is for a young rider! It is a huge reward for me and the rest of KTM to see such excitement on their faces when they see the track and then the audience for the first time. After all is said and done, there is nothing better than seeing a smile on their face when they are heading home.”

Jamis is very excited to be representing District 6, Cornerstone Motorsports, his sponsors (MSR, Sidi boots/Motonation, Pro Taper, and Hanover Motorsports) his local track Raceway Park and our family at this special event. As I mentioned to Scott in a follow-up email, Jamis won the District 6 Oil-Injected Championship for 7-8 yr. olds, but lost a hard fought battle to Jo Jo Mancini at Raceway Park...congrats Jo Jo on your title!
