Off-road Riding Thrives At Rausch Creek Land, L.P.
Rausch Creek Powersports, LLC to promote many types of riding at its
two unique facilities
Hegins, PA, December 31, 2007: Long the host of thousands of dirt bike and ATV
enthusiasts from all over the Mid-Atlantic region, the Rausch Creek family of companies is
growing to better serve two distinct groups of riders. Rausch Creek Powersports, LLC
(“RCPS”), commenced operations January 1, 2008, encompassing two Schuylkill County, PA
· Rausch Creek Trail Riders (“RCTR”) will continue a
tradition of membership-based access to over 8,500 acres of trails formerly operated by
Tower City Trail Riders, Inc. RCTR will expand its network of bike & ATV trails and
maintain a family campground accessible to members year-round. Rausch Creek plans to
invest significant resources in facility improvements, starting with permanent bathroom
facilities, road upgrades and trail enhancements.
· Rausch Creek MX & ATV Park (“RCMX”) is already unique
in its extensive mix of motocross and trail riding options for bike and quad enthusiasts of
all ages and skill levels. With over four miles of motocross tracks and several hundred
acres of trails, RCMX is enjoyed by thousands of daily riders each year. No annual
membership is required, though a limited number of 2008 season passes will be offered at
the request of our hard-core frequent riders.
Rausch Creek Land, L.P. (“RCL”) manages over 13,000 acres in the Tri-Valley area. Other
RCL motorsports interests include playing host to Rausch Creek Offroad Park for 4x4
aficionados and ongoing development of a premier road racing facility.
