Mini Rider/Mini Moto Ceases Publication; MiniMoto SX to Continue

Los Angeles, CA (July 21, 2008) —Source Interlink Media’s Motorcycle Group announced that it was ceasing publication of Mini Rider/Mini Moto Magazine with the September issue. Editor Chris Denison will now concentrate full-time on sister publication, Dirt Rider, with an emphasis on the Web site and other projects that serve the youth dirt bike and pit bike categories, which had been Mini Rider’s focus.
The MiniMotoSX will live on. The largest mini-bike race in the world, MiniMotoSX celebrated its fifth anniversary this year at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas with nearly 700 entries. The 2009 event is scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2009 during the weekend of the AMA Supercross Finals. See www.minimotosx.com for further information

its a pity the mag has closed, but dirt bikes go on, in one form or another.
